1. Purpose

This Data Deletion Policy outlines how PentoraX (Pvt) Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles requests from users who wish to permanently delete their data from the NexaOrders platform. Our goal is to ensure transparency and provide users with a simple, secure way to request data deletion.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all users of NexaOrders, including:

  • Businesses registered on the platform, and
  • Authorized users operating under those business accounts.

It covers all personal and business-related data stored within the NexaOrders system, including account details, order data, and business records directly managed by the user.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data permanently deleted from NexaOrders, please send an email to:

Your request must include:

  • The registered business name and account email address, and
  • A clear statement confirming that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

For security reasons, we may verify your identity or request authorization from the account owner before proceeding.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your request is verified:

  • We will begin processing the deletion within 7 business days, and
  • Complete the deletion process within 30 business days, unless a longer period is required by legal or regulatory obligations.

You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.

5. Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, some data may be retained as required by:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance (e.g., taxation or accounting records),
  • Security or fraud-prevention purposes, or
  • System backup and archival requirements.

Such retained data will be securely stored and automatically purged once the retention period ends.

6. Effects of Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • Your NexaOrders account will be permanently closed,
  • All related business and order information will be irreversibly removed, and
  • You will lose access to the Service and any historical records.

This process is final and cannot be reversed.
